How do I find the right size for my OOFOS?
OOFOS generally run true to size. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing down for women and sizing up for men to ensure a secure yet comfortable fit. Please refer to our comprehensive size guide linked on each product page.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in clean, like-new condition.
Are OOFOS machine washable?
Yes! OOFOS are made with closed-cell foam that is moisture and bacteria resistant. You can machine wash them on a cold cycle using mild detergent or simply wipe them down with soap and water. Always let them air dry in the shade; avoid high heat or direct sunlight.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
We stand behind our quality. OOFOS products are warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
