We want you to experience the recovery benefits of OOFOS firsthand; therefore, we offer a 30-day trial period for all footwear purchased on our site. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your OOFOS

  Place the footwear in its original packaging or a secure shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed once the return is received at our warehouse.
